Louisiana Electrical Continuing Education Courses
License Renewal Deadline: There is no state licensing of Journeyman Electricians. Contractor licensees can choose to renew for one, two, or three-year periods.
Continuing Education Requirements: 6 Hours of continuing education is required annually for Residential Building Contractors.

This course is approved by the Louisiana Board for Contractors and counts for six hours of continuing education. When you complete the course, we will email you a certificate of completion and report your hours to the Louisiana State Licensing Board.
